Sunvia® Nano is the new natural lighting system developed by Sunvia® that consists of polycarbonate plates filled with nano-gel using a special technology and offers great features.

Nano-gel is amorphous form of synthetic silica structured in nano-sized particles.

Nano means very small particles and structures with a diameter of approximately 20 nanometers. 95% of its volume is filled with air, thus making the nano-gel the lightest solid matter in the world.

THERMAL INSULATION

Polycarbonate panels filled with nanogel ensure perfect thermal insulation. (U=0.9 - 1.3 W/m2K)

 

LIGHT DISTRIBUTION

Sunvia® Nano provides luminous transmittance and homogeneous distribution of light within the building. Preventing glare, it offers superior comfort.

 

LOW WEIGHT

Sunvia® Nano has a very low weight which provides an incredible independence in architectural design. An insulated glass with a weight of 30 kg/m2, while Sunvia® Nano has a weight of only 3.6 kg/m2.

 

ACOUSTIC INSULATION

Sunvia® Nano has a superior acoustic insulation feature. (19-21db)

 

NONFLAMMABILITY

Sunvia® Nano has a special nonflammable structure. It does not cause fume.

 

UV RESISTANCE
