Dear Partners,
Our journey began in 1965 as Form Collective Company with a modest 20 m² project office in Ankara. Over the years, we have evolved through new expansions and transformations. Today, we continue our operations in manufacturing, representation, and sales.
Our joint ventures with business partners who have accompanied us on this path have gained momentum in recent years. Remaining true to our core expertise in climate control, we have invested in innovation in production and in expanding both product and distribution channel diversity in the market.
In this context, our highly successful collaboration with Japan’s Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, which has been ongoing since 2011, has now been elevated to a partnership level. We believe that this partnership will not only be valuable for Form, but will also contribute significantly to the HVAC industry in Turkey.
Throughout our nearly 60-year journey in business, we have never compromised on the ethical values that guide us. Since our foundation, we have embraced the principles of “Integrity, Reliability, and Continuity.” We have strived to build an organization that prioritizes expertise, empowers its employees, and places great importance on change, development, and institutionalization. Fully aware that the quality of our work directly reflects our reputation and credibility, we have committed ourselves to being a reliable solution partner—offering effective responses to evolving customer needs at every step. We specialized, enriched our experience, and continued to grow. We have always believed in innovation, technology, and sustainability across all areas, and remained committed to delivering newer and better solutions at every opportunity.
Environmental responsibility has always been a natural extension of our operations. We have maintained our leadership in green building practices and placed a strong emphasis on sustainability not only in our applications but also in our working environments. Our green office initiatives continue to move forward. Beyond our achievements in the business world, we are equally committed to giving back to society through social responsibility projects. With 35% female employment, we are one of the companies in our industry with the highest representation of women. In collaboration with the Association for the Support of Contemporary Living (ÇYDD), we support the success of women in the business world starting with their educational journey.
