Form Endüstri Tesisleri A.Ş. serves as the manufacturing arm of the Form Group of Companies. With 58 years of engineering expertise and production experience, Form Endüstri Tesisleri successfully manufactures cutting-edge, 100% locally produced, environmentally friendly, and energy-efficient products sold by other companies within the group.
Following new agreements and R&D initiatives launched in 2019, Form Endüstri Tesisleri has expanded its domestic manufacturing activities. Within this scope, the company produces Packaged Air Conditioners, Fan Coil Units, Water-to-Air Heat Pumps, Air Handling Units, Heat Recovery Units, and Inverter Water-to-Air Heat Pumps.
Domestic Production of Lennox-Branded Packaged Air Conditioners
In 2019, Form began manufacturing Lennox-branded packaged air conditioners at its factory in İzmir, under a licensing agreement with American company Lennox—its business partner for over 40 years. This agreement marked the first and only production license ever granted by Lennox, a company with more than a century of history, for packaged air conditioners in international markets.
Throughout 2019, Form focused on the production of Lennox packaged units with capacities above 80 kW. Starting from the second quarter of 2020, the company expanded its local manufacturing efforts by initiating mass production across a wide capacity range—from 20 kW to 250 kW. A dedicated production line exclusive to Lennox has been established within the facility.
Form’s goal in this area is to expand the application areas of packaged air conditioners and increase its market share in parallel with the development of the sector.
Domestic production and R&D investments in heat pumps
Since 1993, Form has partnered with Climate Master and has delivered numerous major projects in Turkey involving water and ground source heat pumps. Building on this expertise, Form transferred its accumulated knowledge into domestic production and, as of 2019, began mass production of locally manufactured water source heat pumps. With this initiative, Form expanded its product range within the water source heat pump category, offering both technical and economic alternatives to its customers. Manufactured using state-of-the-art technology, the locally produced Form heat pump has garnered strong interest in the industry. In addition to its high quality and cost advantage, it stands out among other systems with its innovative features and wide capacity range.
Efficient Indoor Climate Solutions with Locally Manufactured Fan Coil Units
Backed by 58 years of experience in the HVAC industry and ongoing R&D efforts, Form Group of Companies has been manufacturing Form-branded fan coil units since 2018. These units stand out with their quiet operation and reliable performance. As of 2020, Form has been working to diversify its product range in this category by introducing models with more optimal capacity ranges and more compact designs, aiming to better meet market needs.
High-Efficiency Central Climate Control with Eurovent-Certified FKS Air Handling Units
Manufactured locally at Form’s İzmir facilities, the Eurovent-certified FKS Air Handling Unit stands out with its superior quality and world-class technology. The FKS unit offers versatile solutions for both traditional central systems and VRF (DX) system applications.
Notably, it achieves T2 classification in Thermal Transmittance and TB1 classification in Thermal Bridging, highlighting its exceptional thermal performance. Form’s FKS Air Handling Unit is available in 60 different sizes, with an airflow capacity range from 1,000 m³/h to 100,000 m³/h. It features a specially designed steel frame and 60 mm thick, thermal bridge-free panels with PVC profiles, ensuring structural integrity and high insulation performance.
Superior Indoor Air Quality with Form FHR Heat Recovery Units
One of the newest additions to Form’s local production portfolio, the Form FHR Heat Recovery Unit optimizes indoor air quality to the highest level. Available in two models standard and with integrated heat pump these units not only expel exhaust air from the space to the outside but also supply fresh air into the environment using the same system.
The heat pump model provides a compact, all in one solution by combining fresh air supply with the ability to meet both heating and cooling demands in a single unit.
