Design Characteristics

The units are manufactured from AlMg3 aluminum material with single or double wall insulation. EPDM gaskets prevent heat losses. The moving connection points in the cylinders or servomotors are made of Teflon coated bronze washers and aluminum cast parts and the piston rod is made of stainless steel and the system does not require maintenance.

Cover Material Alternatives

  • PC - Transparent or Opal 16mm polycarbonate (can be nanogel filled if desired) Manufacturing in different thicknesses and colors is possible.
  • A1 - Single wall Aluminum version. It is used when illumination is not required.
  • A2 - Double-walled insulated Aluminum version. Double walled 1.5 mm Aluminum (ALMG3) material with 20 mm rock wool insulation and a second layer of sound insulation material can be applied.

Dimensions

Length x Width mm dimensions; It can be manufactured in desired sizes from 500 x 500 mm to 2500 x 3000 mm.
