Occupational Health and Safety Policy

With its 56 years of experience, Form Endüstri Tesisleri A.S. , operates in İzmir as the manufacturing company of Form Group. It offers to customers a wide range of products with its own R&D facilities ( design, production and after-sales services) within the scope of energy efficient industrial solutions.

Our Occupational Health and Safety Policy, which we have adopted, is to ensure that our employees, subcontractors, visitors and suppliers take the necessary precautions against possible hazards in accordance with the current occupational health and safety legislation and ISO 45001 standard. In order to provide a safe and healthy working environment in every field we operate, all employees are obliged to do what is necessary within the limits of their authority.

In this direction we are committed ;

  • To provide safe and healthy working conditions in order to prevent injury and deterioration of health,
  • In order to ensure the health and safety of employees, subcontractors, suppliers and visitors in the workplace,  to take all kinds of measures, to keep tools and personal protective equipment, to ensure that they are used when necessary, in accordance with the OHS legislation and other conditions in force,
  • To detect unsafe situations and movements that may cause work accidents, occupational diseases and possible accident risks in the workplace, by making an effective risk assessment, to eliminate the dangers and to reduce the risks,
  • To train our employees in the field of occupational health and safety and to ensure that they reach a good awareness of occupational health and safety,
  • To ensure that the subcontractors, suppliers and visitors in the workplace comply with our rules regarding occupational health and safety,
  • To follow the technological developments about our activities and thus to continuously improve our occupational health and safety management system and to review our situation for this,
  • To ensure the consultation and participation of employees and employee representatives on OHS issues,
  • Continuous improvement of our OHS Management System, which has been established and carried out in this direction,

as our OHS policy.
